Your supply chain deserves the same rigor as any large company's

Small and mid-size businesses are navigating supplier disruption, tariff exposure, and reshoring pressure — with a fraction of the resources large companies deploy to solve those same problems.

We close that gap. Tailored strategy, precise direction, and the right connections — delivered by operators who have sat in your seat.

What we do

Precision-built for your operation

We work with a small number of clients at a time — by design. Every engagement gets our full attention and a solution built around your specific situation.

01

Supplier diversification

Over-reliance on a single supplier or region is a liability. We map your exposure, identify alternatives, and build a more resilient supply base — without disrupting what's working today.

02

Reshoring & onshoring

Bringing production back to U.S. soil is becoming a competitive advantage. We help you evaluate what makes sense to reshore, find domestic partners, and transition without losing cost competitiveness.

03

Operational turnarounds

Inventory bloat, ERP gaps, fulfillment breakdowns — we diagnose what's slowing you down and give you a precise action plan. No generalities. No slide decks that gather dust.

04

Supply chain due diligence

Buying or selling a business? We assess supply chain health, vendor risk, inventory quality, and operational gaps — giving you a clear, honest picture before you commit.

Operators, not theorists

We've managed billion-dollar supplier ecosystems, led factory-floor programs, and run multi-location distribution operations. When we give you a recommendation, it comes from having sat in the same seat you're in.

What we do

Four ways we help your business

Every engagement is tailored. We tell you exactly what to do and connect you to the right people to do it.

01

Supplier diversification

Over-reliance on a single supplier or region is a liability that most businesses only discover when it's too late. We map your full supply base exposure, identify qualified alternatives, and build a transition plan that reduces risk without disrupting your current operations.

We've done this at scale — qualifying suppliers across multiple regions under tight timelines at Tesla. We bring that rigor to your business.

02

Reshoring & onshoring

Tariffs, geopolitical risk, and lead time pressure are forcing companies to rethink where they source and manufacture. Reshoring is no longer just a risk management decision — it's becoming a competitive one.

We help you evaluate what makes sense to bring back to the U.S., identify the right domestic partners, and make the transition without sacrificing cost competitiveness. We know which moves make economic sense and which don't.

03

Operational turnarounds

Inventory bloat, ERP gaps, fulfillment breakdowns, S&OP misalignment — these are the problems that quietly drain margin and capacity. We diagnose what's actually slowing you down, not what looks like the problem on the surface.

Then we give you a precise action plan and help you execute it. No generalities. No slide decks that gather dust.

04

Supply chain due diligence

Acquiring a distribution or manufacturing business? Supply chain health is one of the most important — and most overlooked — factors in a deal. Vendor concentration, inventory quality, fulfillment capacity, and operational dependencies can make or break post-acquisition performance.

We give buyers and sellers a clear, honest picture before they commit.

Built for small and mid-size businesses

We do a small number of engagements at a time, so we can actually go deep.

Tailored, not templated

No generic frameworks handed off to a junior team. Every recommendation is built around your specific situation, your constraints, and your goals.

Precision over volume

Small companies can move fast when they know the right direction. Our job is to give you that clarity — exactly what to do and in what order.

Network that works

Knowing the right suppliers, partners, and operators is often more valuable than any framework. Our network spans Tesla, Foxconn, global OEMs, and the U.S. distribution industry.
